Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer both domestic and international shipping through major carriers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs clearance.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns on unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll happily replace it. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds
