Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and location
Tracking information is provided via email once the order ships.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, undamaged items in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at [your email] with your order number.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items; please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Custom products and digital items are non-refundable.

Warranty

All Tether Robotics hardware is covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. If your product is defective, contact us with proof of purchase and images of the issue.
